Strength: Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1 out of rack WOD: 6 minutes WOD starts with 3 rope climbs, (sub 5 wall walks). straight into AMRAP Clean and Jerks (185/135) Post- 1 min hand stand hold as few sets as possible. Games recap below    ]]>
