PRINT HANDBOOK…Skill Day/make up day and 6pm paleo meeting

Only one class at 11am today: it is a skill day or make up day. 

We are having our Paleo kick off meeting at 6pm today.

We will be closed next Saturday and Sunday. Coach Jared, Peter, Moises and Anna will be competing in the Great Lakes Invitational at CrossFit Indy North in Noblesville. There is a $10 entrance fee,  BUT we will give you $10 credit toward your next bill if you come support us wearing your CFNT gear! There are 4 spots left for the Fundamentals class on January 18th at 7:30pm. Sign the board or let Peter know via email if you want in. peter@crossfitnaptown.com FREE Yoga taught by Shannon D on January 25th at 7:30pm, please try let us know if you are planning on attending, you do not NEED to RSVP, but we are looking for a head count. Open This! PRINT! AND Bring to the 6PM Meeting with you.  (We are a “Green” company aka can’t afford to print it out for everyone)
